Beth
Hammond, Director of Training for VIP, Inc., has
more than 25 years of experience in the field of
rehabilitation. She has provided training throughout
the State for both Community Rehabilitation providers
and school districts.
Beth earned her Bachelor’s in Special Education from Florida State
University and has worked in private industry as well as in nonprofits
as a grant writer, trainer, employment specialist, and executive director.
Beth’s background and training includes disability awareness, nonviolent
crisis intervention, Department of Labor regulations, learning styles
and teaching techniques, and job development and sales.
She is a member of the Association for Persons in Supported Employment
and the National Rehabilitation Association. Beth has been on staff with
VIP since 2000.
VIP is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization and is dedicated to maximizing
the potential of individuals with disabilities. Established in 1986,
VIP has offices in Rancho Cucamonga, Hesperia, and San Bernardino.
